Refund Policy

Please understand that we follow these six rules for workshop bookings and DIY kit returns.

1. Full refund (7+ days)

   We can process a full refund if you request a refund 7 or more days before your scheduled class.

2. 50% refund (2–6 days)

   We can process a 50% refund for requests made within 2–6 days before your scheduled class.

3. Day of class

   No refunds on the day of your class.

4. Rescheduling

   You can only reschedule once.

5. DIY / Home kits

   Homekits can be returned within 14 days after placing the order. Products not returned within that period will not be accepted for a refund afterward.

6. Refund timing

   Refunds may take up to 30 days depending on variable conditions.
